Ntate: Please review this Final Sbort Plat. The propasal was stalled over the need for a fire
hydrant for sezieral years. That problem has been splved. The plat back in 1983 was ready
to record cxcept for this problem. The Comraissioners have been involved with tr}'1[lg to
resolve this plat. Please review, this should be straight fnrward. Bob Schueller is helping

I spoke with Bob Schuler on October 29, 1991, who was questioning
the charges for map and plan review for agreement number SP221,,
our bill number 1875.
I spoke with Gary Nelson yesterday, and apparently you paid the
$100 f inal map fee on July 2, 1991, and signed the "Agreement to
Pay Fees" on July 30, 1991. On August 8, 1991, Jerry Sims
checked your plans, and on August 12th he spoke with Welborns
Land Surveying, and mailed them the plans. The charqes of
$118.58 on bill number 1875 is for this time.

for project teviews and / or inspections plus a ten percent
administrative charge, and will be billed monthly as
accrued.

A request for an Extension of Time may subject the proposal to new
conditions required by reviewing agencies.
