Enlargement of a garage without the required building permit in violation of section 14.616.300
and the unscreened storage of the following items: an antique vehicle, a crane,two tractors, and
other equipment that supports the allegation of complaining party that a business is being run
from the home in violation of sections 14.616.230 and 14.616.355 of the Zoning Code of
Spokane County.
Visual inspections on November 22, 1994 indicate that these reports are accurate.
It is the intent of this letter to advise you of an apparent zoning violation and to request compliance.
The section(s) of the County Zoning Regulations listed above are attached. Please review this
attachment carefully. Conformance with the provision(s)is a matter of law.
