* Saw-cutting of existing curb in the right-of-way in order to create an approach is not allowed in Spokane Valley.
* Prior to excavation, it is the Contractor responsibility to contact the purveyor of any transmission pipeline that is within 100
feet of permitted work, as per RCW 19.122.033.

required and may necessitate removal of certain parts of the construction are the applicant's/permittee's
or property owner's expense.
