Dear Mr. Orwick: Upon review of your submitted building permit application, our records indicate the site currently is one parcel (No. 45221.9030) and the fmal plat (SUB-10-04) Morning Crest has not been recorded. Due to the site currently being vacant, the City is able to issue only one permit for a duplex on Parcel No. 45221.9030 prior to recording of the fmal plat. Please choose which duplex addressed as 13103-13105 or 13107-13109 you would like the City to precede with review for permit issuance. I have completed a review of each site plan submitted and have identified the need for additional information and changes regarding the proposed building permit applications. Please reference the following items to be addressed; 1. A scaled drawing. 2. The duplex you choose to be issued prior to final platting for Morning Crest (SUB-14-04) shall have two site plans. First,the proposed duplex shall be drawn to reflect the location of the building to the whole parcel. Secondly the second site plan shall show accurate lot dimensions of the proposed lots. 3. All site plans shall be drawn to reflect actual lot dimensions (e.g.: Lot 1 of Block 1 is not rectangular). 4. Each lot shall be drawn to reflect the location of all easements as well as border easements and/or landscaped areas. 5.
