As I understand it what you have is the following: A residential unit with a crawl space. You have R-2 1 insulation on the perimeter walls and a vapor barrier on the ground surface. You are providing some heated supply air from the furnace down into the crawl space to condition the air temperature down there. Reading thru the International Residential code it looks to me that you meet code. Section 408,2 of the IRC talks specifically about this and Exception number 5 describes exactly what you are doing.
