WHEREAS, Application has been presented to the Zoning Adjustor of Spokane County, Washington, by Herbert C. Ahl, requesting a Waiver of Violation. The property in question is generally located as follows: Section 24, Township 25, Range 43 E.W.M. Lots 1, 2, 3 of Block 29 Miller Park Addition. and, WHEREAS, The Zoning Adjustor of Spokane County, did on the 23rd of January, 1980, hold a public hearing as provided in Section 4.25 of Title IV of the Spokane County Zoning Ordinance, on application of Herbert C. Ahl, for a Waiver of Violation, and, WHEREAS, the Zoning Adjustor did after the 23rd of January, 1980, form- ally act upon said application and did deny said application based upon find- ings of fact and reason set forth in the official minutes dated the 14th of February 1980, and, WHEREAS, an appeal from the decision of the Zoning Adjustor for Spokane County was filed on the 20th day of February, 1980, by Herbert C.
