3. The dedieatary language af the plat will state that: "5ubject to
specific application approval and issuance ot permits by the Health
Dfficer, the u5e of (an) an-site 5ewage system(s) may be authoriied,"
4. Water service shall be by an existing public water supply when approved
by the Regional Engineer (5pokane), 5tate Department of 5ocial & Hea1th
Services.

subject to dedication of fiight-of-Way and approval of the road system as
indicated in the greliminary plat of record.
E6 No constructign work is to be performed within the existing ar prapased
Public Right-af-Way until a permit has been issued by the County

Engineer.
E12 The applicant should be advised that individual driveway access perrnits
are required prior ta issuance of a bui.Zdfng permit for driveway
