* Saw-cutting of existing curb in the right-of-way in order to create an approach is not allowed in Spokane Valley.
* Prior to excavation, it is the Contractor responsibility to contact the purveyor of any transmission pipeline that is within 100
feet of permitted work, as per RCW 19.122.033.
* All approaches are to be inspected by the Development Engineering Inspector(John Johnson 509-599-6306) prior to
placing concrete or asphalt.
* Construct per Standard Plan R-114

applicant, by definition, is the property owner or an authorized agent of the property owner. It is the
