Therefore, the above -referenced Conditional Use Permit is administratively renewed for a period of three (3) years and will expire on March 1, 2001. Thirty days prior to March 1, 2001 you will need to submit a letter requesting renewal along with the required fee for said renewal. The permit remains in full force and effect and all complaints will be investigated as needed. The above administrative decision is appealable per Section 14.412.041 of the Spokane County Zoning Code. Any person aggrieved by the above administrative decision may make a written request for a public hearing before the Hearing Body to contest such decision. Such request shall contain reference to the specific decision or interpretation contested and shall be delivered to the Hearing Body at the Division of Building and Planning office not later than 14 calendar days from the date of the written decision.
