Titles 19, 21 and 22, site assessment, and
comments from the public and affected
agencies. This information is available to

Determination: This MDNS is issued under
WAC197-11-340(2); the lead agency will
not fact on this proposal for 14 days from
the date issued.
Mitigation:
1. All lots proposing construction of struc-
tures, retaining walls, or site disturbance on
slopes steeper than 30 percent or where
the construction will create slopes steeper
than 30 percent shall provide geotechnical

Appeal: An appeal of this determination
shall be submitted to the Community De-
velopment Department within fourteen (14)
calendar days after the date issued. The
appeal must be written and make specific
factual objections to the City's threshold de-
termination. Appeals shall be conducted in
conformance with Section 17.90 (Appeals)
of the Spokane Valley Municipal Code, and
any required fees pursuant to the City's
adopted Fee Schedule shall be paid at time
of appeal submittal. Pursuant to Section
21.20.150 of the Spokane Valley Municipal
Code, appeals shall be limited to a review
of a final threshold determination.
