participant in any petitian or resolution which purposes is the
formation of a Road Improvement District (RTD) for said imprcvements
pursuant to RCW 35.88, as amended. At such time as an RTD is created
or any Road Tmpravement Project is sanctioned by Spokane County, the
i.mprovements required (curb, sidewalk, drainage cantral and paving to
existing pavement) will be at the sole expense of the undersigned

pazticipation, exceeds the cost and expense of formatian of the RZD,
and (3) that the property within the propnsed RTD is sufficiently

successor{s} shall retain the right, as authorized under RCW 36.88.090,
to abject to any assessment(s) on the praperty as a result of the
improvements called for in conjunctian with the formation of a RID by

appeal tD the Superiflr Court the decisa.on of the $oarci of County
Comma.ssioners confirming the final assessment roll, provided further,
it is recognized that actual assessments may vary from assessment

It is further acknowledged and agreed that at such time as a RID is
