On February 5, 1997 a Building Permit numbered 97000560 with a site location of 16031 E 51" Lane,
Greenacres was drawn up in this department. The mitigation fee was overcharged for this permit using a
valuation figure of 750 instead of 425.
I am writing today to inform that a refund needs to be issued to the contractor, R N P Financial Inc., 14426
E 28th Ave, Veradale WA 99037.
With the incorrect valuation figure of 750 and impact fee of $735.75 was collected and forwarded to you.
The correct valuation figure should have been 425 and the impact fee should have been $418.62. The
difference of these impact fees is $ $320.13 that needs to be refunded.
