Sewage System
Dear Mr. Marcille:
As of this date we have received no request for a sewage permit to
relocate parts of your drainfield which are closer than ten feet to
your pole building. In a Spokane County Health District (SCHD) letter
dated March 4, 1985, you were informed that the conflicting part of
the drainfield must be reconstructed and inspected by our office by
May 4, 1985.
As this has not been accomplished within the given time period the
District will be conducting a hearing on June 6th, 9:30 a.m. , Room 200,
W. 1101 College, to determine what legal action will be taken. We are
requesting you or your authorized representative be present.
If you have any questions, please feel free to contact our office at
456-6040.
Sincerely yours,
ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH DIVISION
