In a Spokane County Health District (SCHD) letter dated March 4, 1985, you were informed that the conflicting part of the drainfield must be reconstructed and inspected by our office by May 4, 1985. As this has not been accomplished within the given time period the District will be conducting a hearing on June 6th, 9:30 a.m. , Room 200, W. 1101 College, to determine what legal action will be taken.
