EARLY START/FAST TRACK PEKMIT APPLICATION
Garca Construetion has submitted to Spokane County,
plans for construction of their facility, located at N. 3808 Sullivan Rd, •
Application is being made for an "Early Start/Fast Track Permit" which would
aliow construction of that facility.
The property owner ahould be advised that as part of this eonstruction
program, Spokane County may be requiring certain roadway improvecnenta to
Euclid Road and specific on- and of#-site drainage plana, more par-
ticularly described in Bnard of County Commiasioner's Resolutign No. 62-1592.
The property owner hereby acknowledgea by their sigaature to the "Early Start/
Faet Track Permit" that they are aware of the conditioae on thie property for
roadway improvements and associated stormwater drainage facilities an.d that
thoee improvements and facilities must be construeted and/or boaded prior to
the iaeuance of an occupancy permit for their facility.
The underaigned owners, their heirs, successnre oc assigns hereby release
Spokane County, and all ite officere, employeea and agents from any responai-
bility or liability what8oever to the hereinabove deacribed lands and improve-
ments thereon as a result of allowing an Early Start/Fast Tract Permlt to be
isaued on the property.
