' This matter having come before the Examiner Committee on November 20, 1979,
(being a continuance of the November 15, 1979 hearing) and the members of the
Committee present being E1don Thomas, Chairman, Jane Myers, and Ted McCoury
and there being the following persons present who wish to request approval of a
Zone Change; Robert Fagg (T . D. C., I nc. applicant for a Zone Reclassification,

B. FINDINGS OF FACT
1. That the existing land use in the area is residentiai, cultivated, and
