The scope of this project is to reduce erosion along Bates and Wilbur Rd. and minimize
ponding/flooding in the vicinity of the Bates Rd./Rego Ct. intersection.
Change order No. 1 for$ 7,327.97 to AM Landshaper captures increased quantities to listed
work items on the Bates/Rego 2016 Stormwater Small Works project. This change order adds
34.8 SY of Remove Asphalt Concrete Pavement, Crushed Surfacing Top Course, 6 In. Depth,
and HMA CL. % In. PG 64-28, 0.17'Depth, Misc HMA. Also added is 123.7 LF of Asphalt
Concrete Curb, Type C.
The project was bid off of the Small Works Roster, with AM Landshaper being the lowest bidder.
Total contract amount is $75,031.97. There are sufficient funds in the project budget to cover
change order No. 1 costs.
