A. FINDINGS FOR APPROVAL: Pursuant to Section 4.25.030 of the Spokane County Zoning Ordinance, the Zaning Adjustor has the responsibility of determining that the granting of a Waiver of Violation will not be detrimental to the surrounding properties. In assuring compatibility, the Zoning Adjustor based his decision on the testimony presented at the March 7, 1979 Zoning Adjustor Hearing as well as criteria set forth in the Spokane County Zoning Ordinance for issuance of a Waiver of Violation. The Zoning Adjustor hereby finds the following: 1. It is the opinion of the Zoning Adjustor that the "spirit and intent" of the Spokane County Zoning Ordinance are not being violated. 2. Through documentation submitted to the Zoning Adjustor, it was verified that the mistake, which was the Setback for a sign, was caused by a misconception of a previous Waiver of Violation. 3. The Local Business Zoning in question is flanked by Commercial Zoning on either side of it, with less restrictive sign qualifications. 4.
