The following is a report of the findings :
Inspected and performed structural analysis of 10 modified "W" roof
trusses for_new garage addition located at E . 5.2.07 8th Ave . , Spokane
Washington. This certification is for the ten 24 foot trusses in
place for only this residence .
Based on the above facts, observations and analysis, I hereby
certify: The trusses are structurally sound_and comely with the
CABO One and Two Family Dwelling Code and Uniform Building Code .
