Beams carrying floor joist is 4 x 4 with a 10' span between post, code calls for 3- 2" x 10". Floor joist are 2 x 6 on 24" centers spanning 10', code allows 8'. Plywood on finished floor covered by rug is 1/2" and no backing at joints. Can easily break through, several places have done so. For finished floor of plywood requires 5/8"T & G. This is a hazard as is. Double top plate against trailer is spliced with no studs under same; this wall has studs 6" to 7" apart. They should be on 16" centers, same for outside bearing wall. Rafters are 2 x 4 on 24" centers under 4/12 pitch spanning approximately 1C'. Code allows 5'6" one bedroom. Did see some rafters on 16" centers spanning 1C', code allows 7'. Large opening from trailer to addition, deflected had to put on steel plate to straighten. In my opinion this construction can not be brought up near code, without complete removal and starting over.
