Therefore a sewer abandonment / modification permit and inspection ARE NOT REQUIRED. The new building on the property does have a sewer line that runs from the new building to the street. There is a cleanout in the traveled way (driveway) that is sticking up about 3' and has some Targe rocks around it. Take care to not damage the cleanout.
