Dear Mr. Leestma:
The laser line measurement indicates that the home you are constructing at 18407 E. 8th
Avenue is 1.5 inches too close to the west property line.
As we discussed at the site, it will be necessary to inset the wall framing a sufficient
distance to ensure that the finished wall is at least 5' from the property line.
It will also be necessary to bring in a modified site plan that accurately depicts the
location of the house as it sits on the lot and identify the garage on the proper side.
