As we discussed at the site, it will be necessary to inset the wall framing a sufficient distance to ensure that the finished wall is at least 5' from the property line. It will also be necessary to bring in a modified site plan that accurately depicts the location of the house as it sits on the lot and identify the garage on the proper side.
