and right of way easements. A,n error occurred because 1) P4cMillian Raad was mt in existance at

3) the lot stakes were not in place on that particular lot and the point woe warked froen was the
curb in existance i on.

c) All dimensions of property, dimensions of existing bufldings, and
dfinensions of proposed buildings with dimensions to the nearest property
line must be drawn to scale on the plot plan.
d) Off-street parking area and points of access and egress.
e) Topographic features pertinent to the property (such as rock outcrop,
canyons, hills, etc.)
(10) The necessary fee must accompany this application.
Recognizinq the fact that a building may be erected in qood faith with every
intent to comply with the provisions of the Zonfng 4rdinance in respect to the
