The purpose of this memorandum is to request Public Works Director approval of Change Order
#3. This change order provides for five items as described below:
1. Delete Under-slab Plumbing and Thin Slab in South Wing ($8,498.62)
2. Under-slab Plumbing in North Wing $13,093.21
3. Structural Connections and Elevations $1,714.00
4. Additional Steel from Submittal Review $1,340.00
5. Elevator Head Height Adjustment $3,149.61
6. Waste Piping Not Shown $715.39
7. Native Cornerstone $1,878.36
Total $13,391.95
The Contract Time is not changed by this change order. The Substantial Completion Date remains
