Herald, a weekly newspaper. That said newspaper is a legal newspaper and it is now and has been for more than six months prior

The applicant submitted an Environmental
Checklist for the proposed preliminary plat'
pursuant to WAC 197-11-515.
Applicable Development Regulations'
SVMCTNe 20 (Subdivisions), Section 19.40
(Residential Zones), and Section 22.130
(Streets, Sidewalksand Public Places), the
City of Spokane Valley Street Standards,
the Spokane Regional Starmwater Manual,
and the Spokane Regional Health. District
regulations are the primary development
regulations applicable to the site.
Public Hearing: The long plat is subject to
a public hearing. Separate public notice of
the scheduled public hearing date and time
will be conducted.
