The following is the title and summary of Ordinance No. 16-016 passed by the Spokane Valley City Council
on the 8'day of November,2016:
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SPOKANE VALLEY, SPOKANE COUNTY,
WASHINGTON,AMENDING ORDINANCE 15-019, WHICH ADOPTED A BUDGET FOR THE
PERIOD JANUARY 1,2016 THROUGH DECEMBER 31,2016 AS SUBSEQUENTLY AMENDED
BY ORDINANCE 16-008; CREATING NEW FUND (314) RAILROAD GRADE SEPARATION
PROJECTS FUND; AND OTHER MATTERS RELATED THERETO.
Section 1 amends certain revenues and appropriations all as set forth in the Attachment A; Section 2 creates
fund 314,Railroad Grade Separation Projects Fund to be used to account for activities related to the design
and construction of railroad grade separation projects; Section 3 speaks to severability; and Section 4
provides for an effective date.
