The residential lot (Assessor Parcel #35243.0870) located at 6122 E 11th Avenue is located
within the regulatory 100-year floodplain in an unnumbered A Zone for which no base flood
elevations have been established.
A permit was issued by Spokane County stipulating that the lowest floor, including the
basement, be elevated to two feet above highest adjacent grade or at an elevation of 2002
above mean seal level.
