dedicated. Please submit a copy of the recorded property deed so that the
Division of Engineering & Roads can PrePare the right of waY deed.
, 5. Approach permits shall be obtained for new driveway approaches along
Vaileyway. No access will be allowed from Argonne to the site.
6. A concrete vault cover was discovered on the undeveloped portion of the site
during a field visit to the site.
7. Twenty (20) feet of future set aside will be required along Argonne as it's
width is not consistent with the County Arterial Road Plan. This set aside is in
V` a d dition to t he above required dedication.
Five (5) feet of future set aside will be required along Valleyway as it's width is
not consistent with the County Arterial Road Plan.
V' 8. A special condition of the zone change (page 5, item 18 of ZE-39-91C)
requires that adequate sight distance for ingress/egress from the site needs to be
provided. Please submit a sight distance analysis prepared by an engineer for
review and approval.
V9. An Agreement to Pay Fees was given to the applicant during the meeting.
The agreement is to be signed by the owner and returned to the Division of
Engineering & Roads. Plan review will not be completed until this document is
executed.
B. Permit Release Requirements
1. Please submit a drainage plan as described above for review and approval.
2. Please submit road and drainage plans prepared by an engineer for road
improvements on Valleyway.
3. Please submit a copy of the recorded property deed so that a right of way
deed can be prepared dedicating ten (10) feet of right of way along Valleyway
and the applicabte radius on Valleyway and Argonne.
4. Approach permits shall be obtained for driveway approaches along
Valleyway.
5. Please submit a sight distance analysis prepared by an engineer for review
and approval.
6. Please submit a copy of the Agrecmcnt to Pay Fees signed by the owner.
