Gentlemen:
Please be advised that our firm represents property owners in
the Fancher-Broadway Avenue area. Immediately to the north
and on Broadway is situated Lee 's Body and, Fender Shop.
It has been brought to our attention that Lee Hodin of Lee's
Body and Fender has created somewhat of a nuisance around his
premises in that he has left scrap and junk lying about.
This is effecting the property owners we represent in pursuing
business transactions with reference to their properties
because of the unsightliness that has been created.
Formal complaint is herein being made under 4. 12 . 140 of the
Zoning Code . I trust that your commission will be able to promptly
take such steps as to adequately correct this violation. Enclosed
herein are pictures recently taken of Lee 's Body and Fender
which explicitly show the violation of the aforementioned code
provision.

Our office has recently processed a special permit consisting of a
"Waiver of Violations' CVO/Z-1140 for your business budding at East 5908
Brendway.
In connection with this permit being issued, we have received no
objections to your business building creating a detrimental effect on surround-
ing properties. However, we have inspected your property, in the course of
processing your application, and find it in violation with the County Zoning
O dinance (Section 4.12.140) respecting improper storage of car bodies and
car parts.
t e must, therefore, advise you to have all wrecked-inoperative vehicles,
car parts, and miscellaneous materials either removed from this outside open
area or placed within the fenced area of your property by December 15, 1966.
