Immediately to the north and on Broadway is situated Lee 's Body and, Fender Shop. It has been brought to our attention that Lee Hodin of Lee's Body and Fender has created somewhat of a nuisance around his premises in that he has left scrap and junk lying about. This is effecting the property owners we represent in pursuing business transactions with reference to their properties because of the unsightliness that has been created. Formal complaint is herein being made under 4. 12 . 140 of the Zoning Code . I trust that your commission will be able to promptly take such steps as to adequately correct this violation.
