16-065.01 Atlas Advertising: Economic Development Marketing CONTRACT AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF SPOKANE VALLEY AND ATLAS ADVERTISING Spokane Valley Contract#16-065.01 For good and valuable consideration,the legal sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, City and the Consultant mutually agree as follows: 1. Purpose: This Amendment is for the Contract for Economic Development Marketing by and between the Parties, executed by the Parties on May 12, 2016, and which terminates on December 31,2016. Said contract shall be referred to as the"Original Contract"and its terms are hereby incorporated by reference. Total compensation under the Original Contract is not to exceed$152,500. 2. Original Contract Provisions: The Parties agree to continue to abide by those terms and conditions of the Original Contract and any amendments thereto which are not specifically modified by this Amendment. 3. Amendment Provisions: This Amendment is subject to the following amended provisions, which are either as follows, or attached hereto as Appendix "A". All such amended provisions are hereby incorporated by reference herein and shall control over any conflicting provisions of the Original Contract, including any previous amendments thereto. Economic Development Website Design Atlas shall design custom homepage and up to four interior page templates(2) Secondary, (1)News and Media,(1)Targeted Industry page. Initial design phase shall include one design concept consisting of homepage design and four interior page template design. Assumptions: • Assumes up to two rounds of revisions on initial concept Deliverables: • Final homepage(1)and interior page designs(4) B. Content Outline and Content Development Atlas shall develop content outline for new economic development website. Once content outline is developed Atlas will write 30 pages of new content. Assumptions: • Includes 1 round of review and revisions to outline and content • Once copy is approved by client,Atlas will deliver copy to Spokane Valley in the form of a word document. • Client to supply necessary documents for widgets • Client to supply necessary photography Deliverables: • 30 pages of client approved content C. Website Development Atlas shall develop agreed upon design in the Wordpress website platform. Includes the development Assumptions: • Development of 5 Page Templates—(1)Homepage,(2) Secondary, (1)News and Media,(1) Targeted Industry page • Developed for mobile devices and automatically responsive to function on any size device. • The website shall have the abilityto auto archive and backupfiles. • Atlas shall include google analytics • Atlas shall language translation using Google translate • Atlas shall include the development of the following website widgets: o Downloadable files widget-allowing user to download the available files with single click. Contact us widget-showcasing the contact information of the specified City representative. o Subscribe to our mailing list-option for user to enter their email address to subscribe to newsletters. o Quick links-display links to other pages of the website. o Photo side bar widget—including the ability to call photo on the side bar of the website • Social Media Integration 2 o User will be able to visit the social media pages of the City of Spokane Valley with single click on the respective icons/links available on the homepage.User will also have option to share the pages/articles from website on social media platforms. Deliverables: • Delivery of developed website. Functional website development to be completed based on signed off creative to tech handoff document D. Content Upload Once website is developed,Atlas shall upload 30 pages of content into the site. Assumptions: • The City shall own rights for the website and content. • Atlas shall provide website training to Economic Development staff such as to make content changes and developing new pages. E. Website Hosting Atlas shall provide hosting services for new economic development website. The City has the ability to contract directly with the hosting provider. F. Brand Standards Atlas shall develop brand standards for the utilization and implementation of new brand. Brand Standards will be provided as an electronic PDF. G.
