beginning, then continue northeasterly along said southerly railroad right-of-way 87.55
feet, then north 14 DEG 55 MIN 35 SDS west 329 feet more or less to a point on
ordinary high water line of left bank of Spokane River, then southwesterly along said
ordinary high water line to point on a line north 14 DEG 55 MIN 35 SDS west from the

June 5, 2007, approving a shoreline substantial development permit for the subject
property, and imposing a variety of special development conditions including but not
limited to the following:

(OHV'M) of the Spokane River is required. This location has been memorialized
on the ground with permanent low-profile concrete or metal monuments. No
disturbance in this setback can occur without the approval of Washington State
Department of Ecology and the City of Spokane Valley Planning Division.
