This project will provide a grade -separated intersection with Pines Road (SR 27) be- ing reconstructed to pass beneath the BNSF Railroad tracks and Trent Avenue (SR 290) being lowered at the Pines Road intersection. The final design will be based on the 2004 preliminary 30% design plans that were a part of the larger Bridging the Valley Project.
