A. Reasons 1. A potential. traffic hazard exists due to this fruit stand being located on the right-of-way line of the highlvay that crsmot be tolerated on a permanent basis. However, an cat:vale hardship would exist if the owner were required to relocate the building during his business season. In weighing this private hardship against the public welfare the Zoning Adjustor finds it raaaonable to permit a waiver of the violation until Deaeaber lc 1963. B. Conditions: 1. The ,applicant shall be required to improve Vito safety of ti'e building by installing four 4 x 4 posts with k x 8 beans over the posts to support the roof structure and must also add diaconal bracing and corner bracing to the walls as specified by the Building Code Official. 2. The fruit stand nay immain where it it presantly located until December io 1963, at which time it shall be diolishsd or relocated on the property in qccordance lith the requirciontc of the Spokane County Zoning Ordinance. 3. A new building permit rust be obtained from the Euilding Code Department for the relocation of the existittie building or for the construction of a iew building. • 4.
