Zoning Adjuster Decision: Approved for the following reason.
A. Reasons
1. Recognising the fact that a bailding may be erected in good
faith with every intent to comply with the provisions of the
Zoning Ordinance in respect to eaves overhang, and that it may
later be determined by the Zoning Adjuster that etch eaves
do not comply in every detail with such requirements, although
not violating the spirit and intent of the zoning ordinance,
the Zoning Adjuster does hereby issue a Waiver of Violation
for eaves overhang a distance of ten inches on the west side
of the property in question.
