Through Bill Hawley of our Private Banking Department I have been informed
that Inland Imaging Limited Partnership would like to assume the loan we
have with Diagnostic Radiology which is our Loan #10657 in the original
amount of $100,000, now having an unpaid balance of $97,955.26. It is my
further understandirig that Inland Imaging has been made aware of the terms
and conditions of this note. This property is located adjacent to the
Spokane Yalley Hospital on Mission. Ir(y further understanding is that they
are purchasing this property and intend further development.
We hereby grant Inland Imaging, a limited partnership, the privilege of
assuming this loan under its present terms and conditions. At the time of
transfer of title we will suDmlt to the closing agent an assumption
agreement document to be executed by the general partner, Inland Imaging
Management, Inc.
