streets, Aowdish on the west and Twelfth on the south are novf 40 foot
wide streets. For adequate access, we thought he should dedicate an
additional 10 feet to provide 1/2 of a 60 foot street. There is no
a.ssurance that the owmers on the other side would do that, but we thought
it would be an opportune time to enlarge the street. Not having an onpor--
tunity to talk to the oarners wP are prepared to acce-pt the plat subjec U
to tnese changes. I think I will make a motion tha.t we accert the plat
with regard to it's area, and s ize of lots as sub:nitted, however, the width
of streets could best be deternined after further consulting ti,►ith I4r.
