the construction of C.lass "A" residences due to the danger to
children and others using such residences from the heavy traffic,
and we further call your ai-tention to the fact that the said land
is too valuable to be suitably used for agricultural purposes.
(e) In view of the toregoing circumstances, it seems to us
-fihat the deve I opment of the proposed Mote I to meet the derrands
of tour i sts an d others for su i tab l e hous i ng accormiodat I ons w i t I
advance the standards of the neighborhood and will be in con-
gruity with and a service to neighborhood placement and uses, and
that the recuested permit should be granted.
