They can be issued"...provided adequate information and detailed statements have been filed complying with all pertinent requirements of this code. The holder of a partial permit shall proceed without assurance that the permit for the entire building or structure will be granted." With submission of appropriate plans and other information including completion of environmental processes, approval for sub slab plumbing work, mechanical work, etc., can be included within the parameters of the Footing and Foundation permit without issuance of a separate plumbing/mechanical permit. Such permits are required however, prior to proceeding with plumbing and mechanical work for the balance of the building. Review and approval of all the following is required prior to issuance of a Footing and Foundation permit: ✓ Site plan, including site stormwater drainage and erosion and sediment control provisions / Basic building plan and concept ✓ Basic structural system along with any necessary calculations ✓ Basic sub slab plumbing and mechanical systems, if applicable The holder of this permit understands and agrees that any work beyond that described below and on the Footing and Foundation permit will be subject to an investigative fee equal to the amount of the outstanding building permit fee per Section 107.5 .
