The collective application package, as submitted, was determined to be consistent with pertinent development regulations and thus has been accepted. Prior to Mylar signature,the following items shall be addressed: Cover 1. Need developer's signature. Sheet 3, Typical sections: 2. 10 Avenue—after the 23 foot dimension mention that this is for the stormwater pond tracts. 3. Typical section for swales in tracts—this applies only for those in tracts C and D. Sheet 5, Mamer Road: 4. Construction note 5—instead of catch basins use inlets. 5. Callout the concrete apron leaving the Type 2 curb inlets at the north end of the new section of Mamer Road. Sheet 7, Swale details: 6.
