! access to the parcels designated in this application will be from Cunning Lane and
tot from Nebraska Avenue. Should this application be approved, it is the Engineer's
recommendation that access to Nebraska Avenue not be permitted. The construction of
' a six—foot high fence would create sight distance problems for vehicles accessing
Nebraska Avenue from the property. A clear view sight distance triange must be main—
tained at the intersection of Nebraska Avenue and Gunning Lane .
