SUBJECT: Pre-Application Conference for:
Valley General Hospital Addition
12606 E. Mission Ave.
The following comments are offered for review and consideration by both Spokane County
and the project sponsor prior to issuance of a building permit.
1. The existing structure is already connected to a public sewer system. No on-site
sewage disposal system shall be established or maintained.
2. The existing structure is already connected to the public water system serving the
area. No on-site water source is to be established or maintained.
3. The sponsor must submit a critical materials checklist to the Spokane County
Division of Building and Code Enforcement for review and distribution to all
interested agencies.
4. All demolition/construction debris must be transported to a licensed solid waste
disposal facility. No on-site burning of debris will be allowed.
General questions regarding this project may be directed to The Spokane Regional Health
District representative for this project: David Swink, 324-1590. A Health District
representative will not be attendance at the pre-construction conference unless specifically
requested to attend by the proponent.
