COMMERCIAL BUILDING PERMIT REVIEW
This building permit review i's intended to appraise you of the imprOvements (roadway, side-
walk, curb, stormwater, etc.) which must be constructed i,n association with your building
permit. This checklist will be filled out by the Engineer's staff and a copy will be
returned to you at the time-that the permit is initialed by the Engineering Department.
All requirements shall be completed'prior to issuance of the building permit. All un-
checked boxes require additional research or informati'on to make a deteriaination.
