relative to sanitary condill.-iors. 'Tr. Strong is preser_t i-: maL-e presentation.

1.1r. Strong: On the line with the Railroad.
I-1r. Anderson: I'lliat type of fence are you going to put up?
Flir. Strong: That is what I wauld like to ask the Commission. I wtint to
put up one that will 2ook nice. I intend to paint it and have it looking
respectable. As soon as Iout up the fence, I intend to paint it.
Mr. Anderson: I don't know Qnything about tr.at kind of business, but I just
wanted to know, tivauld it be possible for you to wreck these cars in the
buildzng, then take them out so there won't be any setting around?
i'Ir. Strong: P?o, y*ou can't do that. You have to take off the -oarts as you
need tllem or can use them. SoMO of the piecas are too large to be stored.
If I did that I wouldntt have any room in the buil3ing to worn. I store the
cars in the back only until the parts are all stripped off, then I have them
hauled away. I have tivorked in this business for years. I worked for Pete ts
Auto Wrecking for 12 years. The building I have is not big enough to wreck
the:n ins ide.
i,ir. Ande rs on : I was ,just wronde ring if you c ould d o the.t.
11r. Strong: It is impossible to do that becnuse there are parts fou cantt
take off and store. You have to tace them off as they are needed.
1-Ir. 1:'1'eenach: Is there anyone else to spoak for or against this application?
iir. I7ichaels : I live at Dishrr;an. I ovm property or. East Sprague. I have
a considerable Eur►cunt of money invested in my business there. Yo :natter
how hi6h his fencQ is, it crzn be seen from the west coming over the hill.

3ontt see it hurts :ny property if I sold those 3 lots. Iwould be 5 or 6
hur_dr?d feet west of him. Mr. Strong vrorked for me for abo,,t 12 years on
Third and on Srcrnd. I also had a nlace on East Sprague. I know tivrecked
cars arenit very nice looking, but I will say, if a lot of reoPle keep dri-

1:elieve it will hurt the property in any way. Thank you*

favor of the fence high enourh ta cover these wrecks. IhavF no objectior~.s.

reason to object. I think the r-iore businesses ive get in r.ere, the auicker
we will get in a wF.ter su?nly. I have no objections.
