1947 meetinG, and decision on the matter was postponed by reason of the
sponsor not being reFresented at the hearing. The application for a
Special Pernit is for 11r. Offet to construct and operate a restaurant in
the 16900 91ock on Fast Sprague Avsnue in the Veradale Section. It is
~ 1.ocated in an established Agricultural Zone District, and it is to be
built af cancrete block, 14 x 20, and will cost approximately $900.00.
The hearing has been duly advertised and gosted, and 20 adjacent property
owners were notified by maiZ of the time and plaee of the hearing. No
protests were received to the granting of the permit. The project ha,s had
the approva2 of the County Health Unit. Mr. Offet is present to present
his views.
