Dear Mr. Tripp:
At your request I have reviewed the parcel for 4824 E. 14th, 35223.1615 for a determination of a
Base Flood Elevation. Based on the scan I Included with this letter, which provide two foot
delineations for that area, I am stating the BFE to be at 2010 feet.
This area is an unnumbered A zone, with no established BFEs, so I have used a copy of the
Spokane County GIS map with the 2 foot contours delineated on it. You will be able to notice
from the scan that the 2010 line runs through the middle of the property.
This information is the best available I have on hand. If you should have any further questions
