Parking for the proposed project will need to be calculated. The required amount of parking for retail sales is one space per 200 square feet, the required amount for warehouse is one space per 2,000 square feet. 5. Please submit a revised site plan illustrating setbacks, parkinq and landscaping for review and approval. II. Engineer3ng Department (456-3600) A. Discussion/Requirements 1 Comments were given to the applicant and Building and Safety by Bob McCann. It was noted that the plan did include drainage swales but no calculations were submitted. 2. A drainage plan for the site needs to be submitted for review and approval. At a minimum the plan shall include the following. drainage calculations for stormwater volumes generated on site, calculations for total impervious surfaces contained within the site, finished grade elevations for structures to be constructed on site, finished grade elevations for structures to be constructed on site, finished grade elevations at the top and bottom of the 208 swale, a typical cross section of the 208 swale, calculations to justify the number and type of drywells proposed and elevation of drywell inlets where applicable. - 2 - ~ r w • 3. The applicant must construct Spokane County Standard sidewalk along the property frontage on Indiana Avenue. The sidewalk may be constructed of concrete or asphalt. Air Pollution Control Authority (456-4727) A Discussion/Requirements 1 The Air Pollution Control Authority was not present, however, comments were qiven to Tom Davis prior to the Pre-Construction Conference and are as follows - 3 - I r OV i a Air pollution requlations require that dust emissions must be controlled during all phases of the project. b Measures must be taken to avoid the deposition of dirt and mud from unpaved surfaces onto paved surfaces. If trackinq or spills occur on paved surfaces measures must be taken immediately to clean these surfaces. c Al1 travelled surfaces must be paved and kept clean ' d SCAPCA Requlation I, Article VI and SCAPCA Regulation II, Article IV addresses emissions standards. All emission standards must be met A NotiLce of Construction and Application for Approval is required prior to the construction, installation or establishment of any air pollution source. Applicant should contact our of f ice for the appropriate forms V Fire District No 1(928-2462) ~ A Discussion/Requirements 1. The required fire flow for the proposed project is 3500 qpm.
