Spokane County Road Standards indicate that when developments have the potential to generate more than 200 trips per day, the development street system should have at least two accesses. The Institute of Traffic Engineers Trip Generation Manual indicates industrial property can be expected to generate between 15.6 and 59.9 trips per acre, depending on land use.
