administrative charge, and will be billed monthly as
accrued.

11:20 a.m. by Buildinq and Safety's Code Compliance Coordinator Tom
Davis, with the following in attendance.

6COPE/PROJECT DEBCRIPTION:
1. General Overview - Proposed is the construction of a 6000
square foot warehouse.
SQ1+iMARY OF DLPARTMENTAL RSQIIIREMENTB:
I. Planning Department (456-2205)
A. Discussion/Requirements
1. The detailed landscaping plan submitted is adequate.
No new landscaping will be required.
2. A condition of Zone Change No. ZE-25-88 requires a six
foot fence to be installed north of the parking lot around
the proposed building.
3. There will be three new parkinq stalls and one off
street loading dock required for the proposed.
4. Pleas specify the uses and square footaqes of the uses
- for the existinq building so that parking can be updated.
5. A copy of the conditions for Zone Chanqe No. ZE-25-88
will be sent to the applicant.

B. Permft Release Requirements
1. Please submit a revised site plan illustratinq the
three additional required parkinq stalls, apecify the
location of the off street loading dock, and specify the
uses and square footages of the buildinqs.
2. All conditions of Zone Chanqe ZE-25-88 must be met.
II. Engineerinq Department (456-3600)
A. Discussion/Requirement
1. The Engineering Department was not present at the
Pre-Construction Conference. written coYmnents were
submitted to Tom Davis prior to the meeting and are as
follows.
2. The drainage check print was returned to Building and
Safety during the meeting. The check print will be sent
to the applicant, please address the comments on the check
print and return it to the Engineering Department.
3. An Aqreement to Pay Fees was submitted to Building and
Safety during the meeting. The agreement will be sent to
the applicant. The agreement must be signed by the owner
and returned to the Engineering department plan review
will not be completed until this document is executed.
B. Permit Release Requirements
1. Address the comments on the check print and return it
to the County Engineering Department.
III. Health District (456-6040)
A. Discussion/Requirements
1. The Health District has no requirements for the
proposed building.
2. The Health District requirements have not been met for
the existinq manufacturinq buildinq. The requirements
must be met prior to issuance of the buildinq permit for
the proposed.
3. The drainfield is not to be paved or driven over.
Prior to permit release the drainfield must be barricaded
and identified in a manner approved by the Health
District.

IV. Fire District No. 1(928-2462)
A. Discussion/Requirements
1. A letter was qiven to Buildinq and Safety and one will
be sent to the applicant.
2. Fire flow for the proposed is 3500 g.p.m.
3. No new fire hydrants are required.
4. Fire department access is adequate.
5. A lock (Rnox) box entry system for fire department
personnel shall be required if a central monitoring system
is installed.
V. Building and Safety (456-3675)
A. Discussion/Requirements
1. Plan review has been completed on preliminary plans
and a letter was qiven to the applicant by Tom Postlewait.
2. The proposed loadinq dock drainage must be approved by
the Engineering Department.
3. The final plans must contain the Architect's or
Engineer's original stamp (wet stamp).
4. Please submit an updated critical materials listing
for tbe entire site to Building and Safety for review.
B. Permit Release Requirements
1. Two complete revised sets of plans addressing the
items discussed during and after the meeting and other
items from the plan review letter needs ta be submitted
for review and approval.

departments shall be submitted to Buildinq and Safety who will then

AD.TOIIRNMENT: There being no further business, Tom Davis thanked the
applicant and the departments for their participation and reminded
all that he should be contacted if there are any unforeseen problems
which may arise.
The meeting was adjourned at approximately 11:40 a.m.

streamline the buildinq permit system and accordingly initiated
these Pre-Construction Conferences. Comments so far would indicate
