Dear Randy:
This building has been sold and will be erected in Spokane, WA for 30 PSF roof live (snow) load, 70 MPH wind
speed, Exposure B, Seismic Zone 2B and 2,000 PSF allowable soil bearing pressure. The roof trusses are 3:12 pitch
and the sidewall posts are at 10'0"o. c.The building will not have a concrete floor initially. The building will be open.
The plans prepared for Bunker Buildings LLC show this type of construction. A review of the post design and footing
design indicate that the sizes indicated on the information sheets prepared by Bunker Buildings LLC are adequate for
the loading conditions and construction details.
