Dear Sirs:
On September 11, 1980, I agreed to an early occupancy for a residence
located at 14009 E. 14th for David Biviano ,building permit No. 79-3321.
At that time you agreed to finish tht:, house, and call for a final inspection
within 30 days. Your building permit: is now expired, and over 40 days have
elapsed withopt a call from you for f nal inspection.
On October 22, 1980, I return to the e for a re-inspection, and found
a good portion of this work stilliuncompleted. I contact Mr. Biviarto, and at
his request I am granting you a 10 day extension from the date of receipt of
this letter. At that time, if the house is not ready for a final, and an
inspection called for, this matter will then be turn over to our -statuatory
legal counsel for further action against you.
Should you have any questions, please contact the undersigned* district
inspector at 456-3675, between 4:30 and 5:45 p.m. , weekdays.
