Mr. Haif;1ez: This is a nublic hearing on the netition of the reruired
number of property owners for a change of zone classification from -
Agricultural to Ivomrnercial to allow for the corstrvction and operation
of a welding and blacksmith shop at a location immediately east of the
southern section of Geiger Field. All required posting and ad7ertising
has been done. The structure is to cost about ~3,00040, and be 30 x
30 feet. Both the Co^nander of Geiger Field and the State Highway
Department and 7 owners of adjacent propertiQS were notified by mail
of the hearing. r.'Ir. I~:icDani-el i s appli-cation was heard at the February
meeting of the Commission and, after discussion in executive session,
decision was postponed until this da.te. 1.1r. McDaniel is Fresent to
